1Day Tour – Kulen Waterfall

Discover the natural beauty and spiritual importance of Phnom Kulen, Cambodia’s most sacred mountain, located around 60km from Siem Reap. This full-day private tour takes you deep into Phnom Kulen National Park, where nature, history, and religion come together.

Your journey begins with a morning pickup from your hotel after breakfast at around 8:30 AM. Relax during the scenic countryside drive toward Phnom Kulen while enjoying views of local villages, rice fields, and forests.

The first stop is Preah Ang Thom Pagoda, home to the famous giant Reclining Buddha carved directly into a massive sandstone rock. Stretching around nine meters long, it is the largest reclining Buddha in Cambodia and an important pilgrimage site for local people who come to pray and leave offerings.

Continue to the sacred River of 1000 Lingas, where ancient carvings decorate the riverbed beneath the flowing water. Here you can also see the beautiful carving of Lord Vishnu resting with his wife massaging his feet. These carvings were believed to bless the water before it flowed to the Angkor area.

You will also visit the holy spring water area and enjoy panoramic forest views inside the national park. Finally, relax at Phnom Kulen Waterfall, one of Cambodia’s most beautiful waterfalls, where you can swim, take photos, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

After exploring Phnom Kulen, we return to Siem Reap and drop you off at your hotel. The tour lasts approximately 8 hours.
